These terms apply to Upkeep, made by YOUR_NAME_HERE. By buying or using the app, you agree to these terms.

Your license

Upkeep is licensed software. One purchase gives you a license key to use the app on your Macs. Keep your license key private and do not share it with others or redistribute the app as your own product.

A free trial is available before purchase. The purchase price is shown on the product page and at checkout.

One year of updates

Your purchase includes every version of Upkeep released within one year of the date of purchase. Versions you already have keep working after that year. This purchase does not promise updates beyond that year or any particular future feature.

Payments and refunds

Lemon Squeezy is the merchant of record and handles payments and license keys. Refunds are handled through Lemon Squeezy under its applicable policies and any rights you have under law.

Using the app

Upkeep requires an Apple silicon Mac running macOS 14 Sonoma or later. You are responsible for deciding which updates and cleanup actions to perform and for keeping backups of important files.

Removed items and old app versions go to the Trash. Restore anything you need before emptying the Trash; emptying it can permanently remove those items.

No warranty

To the extent permitted by law, the app is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. YOUR_NAME_HERE does not guarantee that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for every purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, YOUR_NAME_HERE is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost data, lost profits, or business interruption, arising from use of the app. Total liability for claims relating to the app is limited to the amount you paid for it.

These limits do not apply where the law does not allow them, and do not exclude liability or rights that cannot legally be excluded.
